Not loving this deadline either. Seems like the league average rental bats were very gettable. Miller and Woo are looking shaky lately and I don't think using Tommy Milonesque pitchers are going to get us to the playoffs. I like him generally but Jerry has been way too conservative during the last couple player acquisition cycles.
